not watching that...
similar thing happened last week with my neighbors... 4 babies, age 1 thru maybe 4, out in the cold & snow.. 2 didn't have shoes on (1 girl was pushing a babydoll stroller like it was play time..).. I called 911..
I never found out what happened.. after this other guy that lives in the bldg and I ushered them back in, I called 911... I told him they were on their way and he said ok, then I had to go to work.. I was already gonna be like 3 hrs late...
but I saw their landlord this morning (I think he lives in PA, we're in NY) and told him what happened.. he shook his head.. he'd been having problems with them

If I ever come across a child like that I will scoop them up and get them into a warm environment. And get their parent(s) charged with child neglect

What the hell is wrong with these people!? You see a child, an innocent baby...out in the street...half naked..IN THE SNOW AND COLD...AND YOU DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!?
Those damn clowns....I'm the kind of person who wants to give her touque (i.e hat) to a baby if she sees it's cold out and the baby ain't warm enough. I'd scooped him up, bundled him up, taken him home and called the cops...
