Heard about this on the news tonight. It is kind of shocking, but it can happen to anyone, getting a limb amputated.

It's not the limb amputaton that's disturbing. This is the distubing part of article:

"Husband Prince Frederic Von Anhalt said he did not tell Gabor she was being taken to surgery for an amputation.

"Eventually, she will feel it, and then she will ask me and at that moment I don't even want to think about it," he said."

Doctors had to amputate to save her life.

i totally understand the desire to keep a loved one alive , but at her age amputation and all this jigery pokery is not indusive to care in my eyes.....surely a little love and affection is way better than morphine ....time to let go

For some reason, my mom cannot pronounce Zsa Zsa's name. She calls her Za Za like it rhymes with "Yeah yeah!"

It's weird.
