3. go to a cubs game
4. bungee jumped
5. seen jani lane perform with great white ( it was supposed to be warrant but this was close enough)

2. tattoo the rest of my back
3. see prince in concert ( this is number one on my list)
4. attend an org invasion
5. a get up and go anywhere i fucking feel like 2 week random road trip

Done: -visit USS Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor -visit Washington DC and experiene all that history -visit Paisley Park -visit Bob Marley's home at 56 Hope Road -a ball game at the original Yankee Stadium -go to Dodgers spring training
Still to do: -visit every Major League ballpark in America (I've been to 10...still got a ways to go!) -visit Jim Morrison's grave -go to a Saints game in New Orleans (Ive been to 3 Saints games here in San Diego but never at the Superdome) -visit the RocknRoll Hall of Fame -Amsterdam!
and the big one...I wanna go to space. Even if its just that ridiculously expensive trip up into the atmosphere, I MUST GO!
One day those prices will come down...I hope. She has robes and she has monkeys, lazy diamond studded flunkies....

*My head has been totally in the gutter lately as I approach 50 and I am not going to ruin your thread by going there. Just say there are a few things I have never tried and were afraid to that I am not so afraid to now. *Then there is acting. My family was horrified that I wanted to do it seriously, as a job. I gave it up not only as a job but also as a hobby. I would like to give that one more shot, for me, for fun. *I must get out of this boring place I live and move back to my hearts home of New Orleans. * I would like to start my own business, just once, even if it fails I want to say I tried. * I would like to own my own piece of property. No matter how small, I want it to be mine and I want to paint it any damn color I wish on the inside atleast. *Alaska, would love to see that state and Hawaii. Nobody ever has negative things to say about those two places. * OK if I should someday be able to afford it, Venice and Paris would be nice aswell.

Do it.
I gave it up, too - way back when. I was all set to major in theatre in college - had auditioned for and been accepted to an Acting Specialist program, even. When I told my parents, my father said he wouldn't pay my tuition anymore if I majored in theatre.
So I switched majors and didn't act for years (mainly because I had jobs that didn't leave my evenings free for rehearsals). Oh, sure - I worked in radio and TV for a long time, but it just wasn't the same.
Then, a little over 10 years ago, a co-worker wheedled my secret wish out of me and encouraged me to audition for a community theatre production. I did, got cast - and have averaged two shows a season since then.
I rarely get paid, but I have so much fun - and it feeds my soul. Except when I'm with my Sweetie, I'm never as happy anywhere as on a stage. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

I met Jani Lane twice. And I touched his butt when I was front row at Poison and Jani came out in front of the barricade. Good times! Shake it til ya make it

Right now, before I die I'd like to...
* Have a creative work of some sort published * Finish my Ph.D. * See my daughter (and any possible future kids) graduate high school * See Rome, Prague and Ireland and tour Northerneastern and West Africa * Get nicely sculpted (but not huge)

I have never made one...maybe I should?? Or maybe it would end up being a thorn in my side reminding me what I haven't done yet. That is probably why I have never done it. Who knows...maybe this will be the year I make one.

My bucket list would not be things that I get to do only once, but to learn things that I would like to incorporate into my life forever.
I got to do one thing but now I want to do more of it, once isn't enough.

That's about it for me. I've been lucky to get to do a lot more than I ever expected in my life so far. But there's a whole list of places around the world I'd like to go hang out for a week or so.

kinda cool, and someone invitably will bring doors music, but the headstone and the headstones surround his grave is all graffitied up...it's a shame.
