I was at Banana Republic tonight. Benet was at the checkout counter buying a bunch of stuff as I walked past to check out some sunglasses. Sharp-looking bro, nodded hello when we briefly made eye contact, lots of bags, no sign of Mani.
I'd have given him my autograph had he asked, but he respected my space, bless his heart.
Sooo.... yeah, not much of a story here. But no one else I know would care at all. The org's a good vent for this sort of midnight twaddle.

I used to drive by there all the time (it was a shortcut to my parents' neighbourhood).
This house? It's for lease.

was this the home P had with Manuela in Canada? why is there a "bachelor suite" in the home of a married couple?
ps: I right clicked while it was playing... it's in a JW media Player.. odd.. [Edited 1/8/11 20:36pm] Hag. Muse. Web Goddess. Taurean. Tree Hugger. Poet. Professional Nerd. Geek.

I wondered, too. The piano looked familiar, and I couldn't think of any other reason why it would. |

Gorgeous. I could easily live in the loft and bother no one.
You think so? I find it terribly outdated and the decor tacky. It needs some serious upgrading.
Agreed. There are some instances in architecture where custom built isn't always a good thing. |

yeah, I recognized the piano -- but there's also a "N.E.W.S."-looking compass marble inlay on the floor when you come in the front doors (about 45 seconds in) Hag. Muse. Web Goddess. Taurean. Tree Hugger. Poet. Professional Nerd. Geek.

Couldn't they have run a spellcheck on that video? "Manicued?" "Hot-tub?" "Second storey?"

I think that music is funny... It's like cliche pseudo Prince slow funk jam porno palace music.
Yes that music is annoying as hell. The decor is extremely boring too...though I do like the loft. I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince. |

In fairness, "storey" isn't technically incorrect; it's just more commonly British. [Edited 1/10/11 6:18am] Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου

I'd give them the benefit of the doubt that they were using British spelling if they hadn't effed up that other stuff. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. |
