Lotsa water less caffeine is the cure!

Plus massage the area to improve circulation. Easily fixed...

You're right, I should drink much more water, but drinking 1,5/2L is hard. But... I'm gonna give it another try from tomorrow on

(I already get very little caffeine, so I guess that's not the problem)

Drinking water is one of the cheapest and simplest beauty tricks to do..it works.

But I'm pretty sure it only works to a certain point... I guess that in order to get rid of the (little)amount I have to 'deal with' right now, I should definitely combine it with eating VERY healthy in general and working out,... But I'm not willing to do all that (yet). Right now, the idea is to just prevent it from getting worse (so I try to avoid fat as much as possible and I'm gonna drink more water from now on )
