midnite...i feel 4 u (i have also always struggled with my appearance) and i also have always had a VERY hard time gaining weight.......I'm about the same size as you (5' 11'' and about 150 lbs.)

to vainandy.......it's completely normal unfortunately (in length and width.....nothing special....i think i need to get it enlarged)

Sounds perfect to me. I've had those huge ones before and they are a turnoff because they don't look real. As long as it's hairy, you're fine.

OK..........I can think of one thing I DO like about my looks........(and i'm not bragging)....i think my ass looks good.

and i don't even work out.....it just naturally looks good.

Thisngs that I strongly dislike about my body.

My underweight-ness :

I can feel my bones all the way from my hips to my protruding collar-bone. My little sister can't even sleep on my shoulder during car-rides because I'm too bony.

My hair:

When it grows past my shoulders it gets really thin and I hate cutting it so I have to wear it thin.

My fingernails:

They are so uneven and ALWAYS uneven. I want to grow them long but the pinky nail is the only one that can grow and not chip away like the others

My feet:

Too small but too flat to find heels that are cute.

My butt:

Being really skinny and having an apple-bottom doesn't look right.

Okay I feel so much better about myself.

Thank God someone sees this for what it actually is! Now I bet that a few of the people who posted things they didn't like about themselves wouldn't have come up with half of those ideas had they not read this post. Now it's one thing to purposefully bring yourself down because of some internal conflict (which you should recognize and try to rectify), but to make other people complain about their bodies when they have far more to be grateful for than hate is not okay.

It is also not the best idea to join a Prince website to whine about the way you look. I don't know the true issue behind the dangerously low self esteem, but instead of wasting time complaining about superficial stuff, you ought to spend that time digging for the real problem.

haha. only my index fingers do that...the rest grow normal. i mean really? wtf? but i keep mine super long...right now they are at a point i get ppl stopping me in stores grabbing my hands. if not my nails then if was the tattoos or piercings..........i tend to stand out

i don't think i'm ugly by any stretch, but i do have massive self-esteem issues that i'm working on as well. I am technically medically overweight though, even for my height.

here in the US we have an anorexia epidemic and obesity epidemic, occurring simultaneously! unbelieveable.

hardly anyone one can measure up to the unrealistic standards of beauty set for us by the media. and most of the peole who are able to match this 'ideal look' are really unhealthy, and/or have undergone surgical alteration of their looks in order to get there.

(kind of like how the Aztecs used to ritually pierce, mutilate and scar themselves).

and yet, despite the obvious madness of this nonsustainable body ideal we are all buying into it. we have become divided against our own selves. what could be sadder?

people give yourselves a break! be nice to yourselves. love yourself, even though you aren't perfect. it's okay to not worry about meeting that perfect physical ideal.

i always thought wisdom teeth were a 20's thing - just like appendix i think they r just for lill kids... but more n more ppl in their 40's r having them taken out.... i find it very strange that this happens... all mine r out thank god!!!

The older I get, the more comfortable I am getting with how I look too, but I’m definitely not there yet. I still hate most pictures of me, but I’m allowing them to be taken again, so it’s a start.

Someday I will consistently feel good about my body and my looks. And I know it will have little to do with what I actually look like and mostly to do with how I feel about it.
