yes some people really need it, and most of the people who get it do not need anything except to accept who they are

OK, first of all you have not provided any details on what exactly is "wrong" with your perfectness.

I too would have a nose job but my nose is way more out of control than yours. To prove it I have an old picture complete with arrows to point out the flaws:

As you are facing the picture, the right side is perfect but the left side has a bulb. To make matters worse, the bottom of my nose (the tip) hooks the opposite direction of the favorite side which makes it "hook".

You have whited out features and no critiques = FAIL!

OK, here is all why I don't like my nose in complete detail. :

• The bridge is too long, thin, high, and has a little bump in it.
• The tip is too wide, long, bulbous, hooked.
• The columella (the little piece on the bottom of the nose) hangs and hooks and goes downward too much.
• The nostrils are too flared, big, rounded, long, and hooked.
• The sides of the tip of the nose are too wide.
• Etc. (overall I think it's huge.)

There are way too many things I hate about it. I don't like anything about it.

What really PISSES me off though is that I have went to several good plastic surgeons and they refuse to do surgery on it...they don't think anything at all is wrong with it.

those are good doctors. they should refuse your ass. You haven't proven your case to the org which means you couldn't have proven your case to the surgeon
