Well, your nose is a nice shape and definitely not too big for your face. You have a great profile and do not have a weak chin so your proportions are good.

Personally I don't see why you would need it, but if you feel you need it...I say go for it.

There's nothing wrong with your nose and face in general but you've got big problems with your eyes and your mouth that you might want to get checked out.

I agree with NDRU.

You have to consider the long run if you want to have this surgery.

Aging will make the surgery look even worse and by then you'd be singing the "shoulda coulda woulda" tune. Its pointless, I'm sure whatever you're feeling now is just a phase(even if it was a long one) sooner or later you'd get over it and realize in retrospective how unfair you've been to yourself for having such notions.

not at all, I was juat saying for the sake of argument. my face was super thin and got fatter as I got older.

Seriously, you are nit-picking a perfectly normal looking face. You should work on your self esteem instead, and give the money you'd spend on surgery to a worthy charity, like one that fixes cleft palates on children

Again, you look good the way you are (unless those missing eyes are crossed) but if it's something you feel you really would like to do, by all means do it!

I had one when I was 18. I'm almost 52 and my nose looks good as ever.

we should all have cosmetic surgery on our noses, due to the fact that they are one of the body parts that never stops growing..... live long enough, and your own shnoz will eventually block your view

My nose is fine but I would do whatever surgery it took to stop hair from growing on it! Ears, too. ESPECIALLY ears.
