following on from it's a kind of funny story with zach galifinakas, i watched due date again, which is a remake/copy of john hughes planes trains and automobiles, co-starring iron man himself, robert sherlock holms jr, and directed by the director of the hangover, who apparently has no name according to the poster, or at least the advertising people don't think the kind of people who see this kind of movie give two fucks who the blokes name is

anyways, it was funnier the first time, as it has quite a sharp script in places. as with most of these movies, they aren't half as funny the second time around, whereas some of the classic comedies seem timeless and always funny

when i wanted to watch this pnline it was a shorter version then theaters. waiting till redbox has it. may have it by now? idk. i wanna see it

yoda i don't wear a cross?!!? i wear a prince symbol prince guitar wacky nutty I When Prince's cum dries, diamonds are formed. lol eek drooling no one tops prince in concert!

Miss Potter - with Renee Zellewinger(sp?) about Beatrix Potter, author of Peter Rabbit 3/5, it was simple, could have been adulted up a bit, slow in parts, but it made me interested in the real person, though I'm familiar with her books I didn't know anything about her.

Social Network - 3/5 I never thought I'd be interested, but I gave in and was pleasantly surprised.

Nanny McPhee returns - 2.5/5 I liked it better than I do most children movie, this one I at least watched all the way through, and I like Emma Thompson.

10 items or less - with Morgan Freeman 2/5 if Morgan wasn't in it I wouldn't have watched the whole thing. He's got a pretty nice butt for an old dude.

Death at a Funeral (original) - hard to rate since the recent one is exactly the same except it took some subject matters further, and I saw it first and thought it was funnier, but that's because of cultural familiarity.

Eventually I'm make it to the current movie at the theatres, I got tickets and everything, but eh, I'm busy.

I thought it was going to be more about Banksy or street art in general. So needless to say, it was funnier than I expected. lol

If it wins the Oscar for best documentary, will Banksy accept the award? hmmm

Love Ranch 2.5/5 it wasn't Leaving Las Vegas as far as love between doomed people goes, but it was entertaining enough, it didn't make me fast forward through it since it didn't have that ssdf feel to it, like a couple of movies I've seen recently.

Vampires Suck 1.5/5 since I haven't seen any of the Eclipse sagas a lot of the spoofs were lost on me, but if this is any indication of what those sagas were about I won't be seeing them. In fact this made me curious enough to skim the plot summaries of both movies, and nope I won't be seeing them. I did get a couple of giggles.

it's a pretty good movie, miles better than i expected. it's actually more about drugs salesmen in the 90s than a sex/romance flick. it's got a few laughs in it too. anne hathaway is pretty hot and you see most of her bits, which makes the giant HD plasma and bluray player worth every penny

i only watch it for heath. i dislike those 2 so i doubt i'll see that

Love and other drugs is the non gay version of Brokeback Mountain in what way exactly? lol

They have nothing in common except for Jake GyllenHaal who really is a mediocre actor, imo. Anne Hathaway was the best thing in the film. She deserves better films than this.

This was exactly my question.

I wouldn't be surprised if some sort of unexpected installation happens at the Oscars.

Mr. Brain Wash (is it just me or is that a lame name? lol) was/is comedic gold for all kinds of wrong reasons. I was simultaneously infuriated by him and cheering for the unexpected (no spoiler here razz) reasons. People are truly schmucks. lol

It's a TOTALLY lame name. But the guy is a crazy Frenchman whose English isn't great so a lame alias fits into the joke that was his story. lol

That's the thing tho, I definitely think the guy was a joke but I think ultimately the joke was on the art-buying public. I wonder how many folk in the Oscar audience has MBW pieces at home. lol

I was surprised to see about the Madonna cover thing.

Lawd, this kind of thing should only happen to me. sigh

The views of the sea flats are beautiful in themselves, but the feel of this film with it's dark border town look make it something to behold, and the trailer is set to Marilyn Manson's Sweet Thing. "A series of murders leads commander Trujillo to Santa Rosa de la Sal a town close to a salt mine, where he meets Victor Zepeda - a lonely teenager who works in his father funeral home and spends his free time making crude animated horror films - who’s strange behavior seems to point at him as the culprit of the crimes."

Saw this movie several days ago:

[img:$uid]http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/c/cc/The_rite_2011_film_poster.jpg[/img:$uid]

The Rite (2011): "Inspired by true events, "The Rite" follows skeptical seminary student Michael Kovak (Colin O'Donoghue), who relunctantly attends exorcism school at the vatican. While in Rome, he meets an unorthodox priest, Father Lucas (Anthony Hopkins), who introduces him to the darker side of his faith."

Can't say that I absolutely loved this movie, but it was definitely different than most movies that I've seen. Anything that has to do with exorcism or the devil scares the hell out of me! Although the actor who played the younger priest (Colin O'Donoghue) was nice to look at. giggle

He was perhaps the one saving grace in this movie. lol

this movie is about the scottish members of the org growing up in the 70s

glasgow in the 70s is a bit like compton in the 80s, but instead of niggers with attitude saying "i'm gonna put a cap in your ass motherfucker", it's wee white men with kitchen knives saying "i'm gonna batter you, ya wee cunt"

it's absolutely brilliant

neds are what chavs used to be called. we also used to call them schemies (cuz they lived in housing schemes, which is the british equivilent of "the projects")

neds is kinda like the glasgow version of the wire
