It's something about the history of fire-- it goes from cavemen to electricity

The narrator says in the beginning there was chaos, and the cartoon ends with whole earth being on fire)

There's an elderly couple who Plugs in too many electrical devices
A cat walks around the house asking if anyone has seen the cream

Has anybody else ever seen this!

Hmm I'm not familiar with this, maybe somebody else could help.

But on a relating note, there's an animation compilation DVD by Al Jarnow who made alot of shorts for Sesame Street, PBS and other educational shows.

I know its not answering the question, but it seems to me like a fascinating set, I just purchased it via-Amazon.
