So today i am quite proud of myself i have reached a milestone

I have lost 120 ibs in a year & 3 months.

I started loosing weight in 2006 when i took up boxing and martial arts.

But it wasn't until i got a personal trainer at the end of 08 i got incredibly serious.

After i left Texas to go to L.A for college i just continued on myself.

This was just a quickly made[And you will be able to tell that to lol] Showing my progression.

I look better know then i have ever been, and well it feels pretty freaking awesome:D

The video had a Ray Charles song with it, but they wouldn't let me put it, and for some reason there's like 3 minutes of darkness

Basically, i am trying to tell people YOU CAN DO IT

I mean let's be honest... i was FAT!, way overweight. So for people who constantly say i just can't do it, you are so wrong just take's some hella work

I did almost the same thing back in 2001. I lost 100 pounds in 10 months and kept it off until 2007 when my mother died, then I gained about two thirds of it back. Since August, I've lost about 30 pounds and I want to lose another 40 to get down to around 200 pounds. I had gotten to around 175 pounds when I lost it in 2001 and a lot of people were saying I looked like a crackhead. I looked at some old pictures and now I see they were right but you never see yourself the way others see you until you see a picture of yourself years later. I'm 6'5" so 200 pounds would look good on me....at least that's what everyone was saying when I reached 200 last time. It's the holidays right now so I am messing up eating any and every thing but after New Year's, it's time to be hungry again.

Congratulations! It feels good doesn't it? And be sure and flaunt it in the faces of those that turned their noses up at you when you were larger. That's the best part of it!

120 pounds in a year and 3 months? Wow, that's quite an accomplishment, one that you have every right to be proud of!

Wow, that´s an incredible accomplishment. I´ve been working out since 1994 and have quite a bit of experience with fitness and weightloss programs and you don´t see so much determination that often.Don´t you have stretchmarks now? Some people at the gym I go to get stretchmarks from losing a lot of weight in such a short time span,especially women, but also men. Some even get stretchmarks from building up too much muscle but that´s another story.

I bet you stopped eating fast carbs like sugar and white flour products....that usually works wonders in the first couple of weeks and months. How much protein did you eat daily?
