She was one of the best things in Hi Fidelity. Thought she would be in more roles after that and Enemy of the State. Indy film makers..use her!

I watched "The Cosby Show" just 4 Lisa.

Then she did "Angel Heart" mmm...

I expected her 2 really hit it in the film industry... instead she married Lenny Kravitz and had a kid, then dumped him 4 cheatin' on her (imagine, cheating on her ) then, drifted off in2 obscurity.

Now... I see her every now and again in a bit parts of movies.

She's still georgous... and I'd still watch a cheesy sitcom... if she came with it!

She's in that new movie Biker Boyz, which leads me to believe that she has no real desire to become a major "star" in Hollywood. She's awesome and super pretty but seems a little too granola for Hollywood.

I heard that Bill Cosby tried to help her and her career, and he was the one that helped her get the role in "A Different World" to center the story on her, but that shifted because of the choices she was making...but I still think it's cool to see her in a new movie. It's nice to see her again...

She was one of the early black bohemians, before there were backpackers and bohos. The current generation of bohos were raised on Lisa. Before India.Arie, Erykah, Amel, etc. Lisa was doin her own thang. Wearing her own style, walkin round the place bare-footed, etc.

She is a decent Actress,very fly&Sexy.Helped Lenny Kravitz out on His Debut Album.She also did a Damn Good Job of Directing Tony,Toni,Tone's "it never Rains in Southern California".She also was rumored to be directing a video for Prince for the "Diamonds&Pearls" Project but nothing more came from that.She truly was a Rebel amongest the Cosby Clan.She gets Much props from Me in whatever She does.

As MJ would sing, there's just sumthin' about her (besides being absolutely beautiful). Hope 2 see more of her in the future.

As gorgeous as Lisa Bonet is (and I've been a fan since the Cosby Show), she won't make it as an actress because she can't act. She does her thing with brief, atmospheric roles because that seems to be all she can really supply: alluring atmosphere.

Plus, she seems almost as flaky as Prince, business-choice wise.

But, it's also beyond me how Lenny could step out on her...

I think meeting and marrying Lenny fucked her up in the head a little. She was on a roll there with the Cosby's and hasn't been as consistent with her work since. I still love the girl though.

What can't she do?

Maintain a lasting relationship with a chicken?
