Really?

Do you guys go straight from primary (K-6) into high school (7-12)?

nod

most schools go to yr 10....some private ones include yr 12

11&12 are classed as college

It's always interesting to see how countries mete out their public curricula.

In the United States, it's K-12 (although a few states don't altogether require K), with optional Advanced Placement or International Baccalaureate classes in 11 and 12 that might fulfill some college credits.

It's a bit more variable in Canada. Generally, public schools run from K-12, with the provinces of Prince Edward Island offering no K and Quebec offering no 12 (but optional garderie, or pre-K, years). Ontario until 2002 ran from K-13 (13 counting as college), but it proved too expensive; it's just K-12 now, with an optional junior K year. Confusing, eh? wacky And Canadian schools have to offer these streams in both English and French, for parents to decide which their kid(s) will pursue.

...Not that you give a crap about any of this. I just can't sleep and need something to chatter on about. lol

Congrats!!! Well done!

Reminds me of some lyrics in a song:

tracy fell right in love
with the distant sky
when theres no limit
you see further than a hubble eye

99% of my posts are ironic. Maybe this post sides with the other 1%.
