Seinfeld episode where elaine and frank costanza have that fight in the police station:
Frank: Who put you up to this, was it her? Elaine: All right. Wait a minute. I think you've got it backwards. Frank: My George isn't clever enough to hatch a scheme like this. Elaine : You got that right. Frank: What the hell does that mean? Elaine : It means whatever the hell you want it to mean. Frank: You sayin' you want a piece of me? Elaine : I could drop you like a bag of dirt. Frank: You wanna piece of me? You got it!

One word: shrinkage. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

Some of my favorites.
And I couldn't find the scene of Chuckles the Clown's funeral, so I just picked a random one instead, because they were all good:

Oh, the humanity! We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

The episode where Johnny Fever gets drunker and drunker is another one of my favorites. That show was so good.

He gets drunker and drunker...and his reflexes get faster and faster. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

I'm not usually a sitcom fan, but I could watch The Vicar of Dibley over and over.

This whole scene is classic Archie Bunker, but the payoff at 9:41 is probably the funniest thing I've ever seen.
I once met a writer for "All in the Family" and he was the funniest human I've ever met.

I remember this scene. Absolutely hilarious. I love Archie even though he was a flawed human being. Those old shows are second to none.

I can't find a clip, but trom Three's Company there was an episode where Jack Tripper needed to feign like he was married for some reason. (Was is maybe to thwart the advances of his boss' daughter? ) Anyway, he knew he was being watched from behind through a doorway, so he sat on the couch with a Resusci Anne doll, pretending to cuddle it, drink wine with it and make out with it. At some point, he kissed it and accidentally bit a hole in her lip -- and she began to deflate as the onlookers watched in horror!
I couldn't breathe from laughing so hard! Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου

Plenty of favorites, here are some:
I would have to go with Seinfeld's the master of your domain episode. Where the cast wagers who can last the longest without masturbating. Also the outing of Jerry and george (Although they where never in.)

All in the Family: The Sammy D and Archie Bunker kiss. As mentioned above.

My most favorite sitcom in life is "A Different World". This particular scene of one of my favorite episodes is when Whitley is at the altar with the "perfect man" for her but can't seem to get Dwayne (her true love) off her mind.....but then Dwayne interrupts the wedding:
