And you probably have sexual abuse in your history. The response is irrational, especially since that girl wasn't being raped. If she was 10, I'd be more inclined to agree that some semblance of justice was delivered but for someone who in this country is one year from being able to serve in the Iraq/Afghanistan war...that puts a little different perspective on things.

Yeah, I don't agree in sending Kids to war however how many parents do their job, and a good one at that and have a defiant daughter on their hands. It happens.

sorry but there is something very pervy and disgusting about a 57 year old man trying to seduce and bed a teenager, likewise the girl seems I mean dude is older than her father!

Plus many teenagers are just...well....jail bait for lack of a better term. It's not that easy to seduce them with money, drugs, or other vices. I wouldn't let an average 17 year old take out my trash much less bed them. I can't be mad at the father. Like another poster said, there's probably more to this story. I think this girl may have been abused in the past and the dad couldn't do anything about but now - he could protect her. You'd be surprised how many of these sexually active teens turn out to be abuse victims and they get to a point where they really don't care about who they sleep with anymore. I saw this documentary on teen hookers not too long ago and damn if some of those girls didn't have a lick of self-esteem or self-worth. It's like they would fuck a corpse and not really care because they had no sense of who they were as human beings.

Oh well...I got 5 dollars that says pops won't do too long a stint in prison. The jury will be sympathetic.
