She stated that being married so many times, and divorcing taught her to love herself more because no man can do that for her, and that she had abandonment issues. Therefore, she used sex and marriage for a cure all. As I look back because it was some time ago, I don't believe the book is for every woman out there, but it's an attention grabber.

Barbara DeAngelis, the woman who was marred to and is now divorced from Jonh Gray, the man responsible for the whole Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus schlock of the 1990's !

True, and he's been with his second wife for almost twenty-five years so far. I've read his book, too.

To add, if any author tells you they have the perfect marriage, no trial and struggles, back away from them because they're hypocrites, too.
