I have been using this the past few weeks ( 2 x a week )
Lime Foot Scrub 3 Limes 2 tbsp sea salt 2tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp Sweet Almond Oil 15 Fresh Mint Leaves (chopped) 5 drops Lime Essential Oil Cut the limes into small pieces. Put all the lime pieces into a blender and form a pulp. Mix the lime pulp with almond oil, mint leaves and essential oil.
scrub is ready to be used.

so olivia's smoky eye on jerseylicious is too much??? j/k actually i tried to copy it a few times. i dont wear makeup all to often. only for special occasions like concerts or to go out with friends... i agree the white is TOO MUCH
oh but we all adore olivia. hate tracy. too bad this show is fake. i know ppl who worked there and where on the show after the salon is closed to the public. all actresses except for the redhead.my friends found out about they were taping and giving out free haircuts once. but they aint real?! i'd let olivia do my makeup or gigi style my hair...NO SCISSORS!!!
the only jersey show that really captures jersey girls for real is jersey couture. i live 10 mins from that dress shop. never been though. would love to go. remind me of my family. all loud obnixious italians.
now i adore snooki but everything she does is a fashion dont except for her slipper line. those are all adorable. dave tango from taps is from linden and told me he'd want to set the hair poofs on fire. look at how much better she looks without that poof!!

Yes ~ and for cooking and in the soaps I make and oil blends and have for 20ish years
I used to pat some on my hands and lighty pat the girls hair ( dry or wet ) down with it and brush through
there is nothing better for anti static in winter time then this on hair ~ IMO | |

I use that oil on my skin and hair... LOVE it in the refined version. (no smell)
it is awesome to cook with baking goods too, makes the moistest cakes!

Thanks ladies. I was reading an article about virgin coldpressed coconut oil diet. Was rather interesting. I have never tried coconut water, have thought about picking some up to try.
Coconut flakes make me I have always tried coconut oils in products, not straight. Might give it a go for my dry skin and hair.
Just thinking about coconut makes me break out my:
