TODAY'S RANDOM ETHICS DILEMMA...

A policeman is charged with bribery and perjury for having fixed a traffic ticket for a woman in exchange for sex. The woman is also charged with bribery and perjury. The police officer wrote the woman a ticket for speeding. On the day of her court appearance, she said she never got notice of a speeding ticket. The policeman was a no show in court but was seen waiting for the woman outside the courthouse and when she arrived to their vehicle they were seen making out. Initially her ticket was dismissed but through further investigation the present bribery and perjury charges have been brought against the pair. The police officer has a habit of writing traffic tickets for women drivers. The woman has a habit of lying to the courts.

Only one person must go to prison. Who would you pick and why?

Some folks (including on here perhaps) would have us believe there's power in the pussy. So she abused hers too. lol

But I guess that means the cop abused his power and hers.

He goes to prison.

Ex-CHP officer gets 2 years for fixing ticket for sex

October 29, 2010 | 6:03 pm

A former California Highway Patrol officer was sentenced Friday to two years in prison for fixing a traffic ticket for a woman who agreed to have sex with him.

Abram Carabajal, 53, was convicted in June of bribery and perjury in the case involving Shirin Zarrindej, 49, a dog groomer from Encino. Zarrindej was acquitted of the same charges.

Carabajal wrote Zarrindej a ticket for speeding on Interstate 5 in 2008. On the day she appeared in court, Carabajal showed up and told the judge he had not received an official notice to be in court, which led the judge to dismiss the ticket.

CHP investigators had become suspicious of Carabajal because of his past conduct toward women to whom he had written tickets and because Zarrindej had called the CHP's Oceanside station looking for him. They followed the pair as they left court and met at a motel in Oceanside.

Carbajal, a 26-year veteran of the CHP, retired two days after being questioned by investigators.

San Diego County Superior Court Judge Lisa Foster ordered Carabajal taken to jail immediately after she announced the sentence. Carabajal could have been sentenced to up to four years and eight months.
