PrintableHow have you been, lately? If you've been unhappy, what steps are you taking to remedy this?
I've been really good lately so the other question is n/a.
Are you saving for your old age? Are you on track to have the kind of retirement you want?
I'm not saving for my old age but of course, I should be. As far as my retirement, I don't think I ever will.
What are you thankful for?
Too many things to name but off the top of my head: my sister, my best friend and my diabetes because it forced me to take care of myself first. And I am extremely thankful that I got enough sense to get help for my depression.
Do you like the holidays? If so, why? If not, why not?
I've hated the holidays since my mother died in 1993 and when my nephew died in 2002, Christmas was pretty much a wrap for me. I keep up appearances for my kids but once my daughter is 18, I will be done celebrating altogether. Plus, I dole out thousands of bucks and I really don't feel it's appreciated.
Do you have satellite radio? If so, what are your favorite channels and/or shows?
n/a but I wish I had it to listen to Stern.
What are you favorite songs right now (new or old)?
Right now I am thoroughly enjoying Eminem's Recovery.
What was the last concert you attended?
El DeBarge two days ago.

Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, It's A Wonderful Life, Army of Darkness, Lean On Me, The Hangover.

Family Guy, Law & Order, South Park

Who makes you laugh?
Famous: Norm MacDonald, not famous: my dear friend Tremolina. He doesn't show it much here but he's a very funny man.

No pets but once my daughter moves out, I'm getting a Rottweiler.

I've been okay. It was a rough year with my daughter and her mom coming and going back to AZ. Getting out of the military. Finding a new job. Starting college. Still working through the aftermath of my last relationship. I'm relatively happy at this point though. Things are falling into place and there's a new interest I might have a chance with.

Yes and no. I like them for the festive mood they bring, but I hate all the obligations people place on them.

No I just roll with Pandora Radio on my phone.

My daughter's fish. No name. No quirks aside from being the first fish to live more than one month in my care.

I started at age 27 and did it socially. It got really bad when I split with the ex-g/f. It waned over the past year (never around my daughter and her mom, they didn't even know. Still don't) to the point that I might have like 3-4 a week even taking weeks off. My intention is to quit after my pending trip to see my daughter.
