I've floated about here for years, and I pretty much thought the guy was a bit of a wank to a lot of people. Used to pull people up for pedantic shite, and didn't give much credence to other peoples opinions.

Whatever Ernest reasons are for leaving, I for one will miss his input. If you could get beyond his prickly disposition, my preception of Ernest was he was constantly thinking and thoughtful. It takes all kinds. Damn, I miss him... His straight talk, his knowledge, his good use of the English language... come back Enrst!
