Friday night is long past for you. You need to post this on the Saturday night thread.
shut up
you want to hear about my Friday night? 2 slices of pizza and Shrek.
You live in the future! If I were to ever visit you, I'd have all sorts of fun posting on dated threads like this one while I was there. |

If I lived in the future like you, I'd be telling everyone what they actually drank Friday night because I saw what they posted when I logged on when it was Friday night THERE. |

I can't drink egg not anymore. I loved it as a kid, but now it kinda makes me sick to my stomach. My seasonal drink of choice is usually a sampling of the christmas microbrews. There's a couple places I know of - one close, one over in the far east bay where I visit my family - that allows you to build your own six pack from anything in the cooler. Since I'm a VERY slow drinker that works well for me. |

There's a brewery in New Glarus (about 20 miles from Madison) where you can do that, too. They make a very good coffee stout - and a bunch of other seasonal brews. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. |

I don't know about Friday, but on Saturday....
Ron, John, Erin and I went to the Creperia in Ybor City and actually drank all of their hard cider and Corona's.
I honestly don't know how many Cosmo's I consumed with them last night.

This is what gets me throught the heat of the summer.
No fruit tonight, don't wanna ruin my Soco
Wait - what? Southern Comfort is my winter drank!
Okay, here's what you make with SoCo - a totally Wisconsin drink called an old fashioned.
Muddle a sugar cube with a couple dashes of bitters and an orange slice. Fill the glass with ice, pour in about three fingers of SoCo, and top it off with seltzer. Garnish it with a maraschino cherry.
Most folks here do old fashioneds with brandy, but I gotta have SoCo.
Brandy Old Fashioneds are like the ultimate Wisconsin thing. It never occurred to me you could make them with SoCo. I'm gonna try that! |

Nothing, nowadays. I'm as dry as an nun's fandango. I was treating it like medicine and it was curing nowt. Woke up face down on too many strange, dusty carpets. And pavements. And other things not as pleasant. I found it very difficult not to drink until I dropped - but a strong constitution ensured I would often need some chemical assistance to sleep. Fucking disgusting behaviour for someone who has no major demons. I don't even smoke anymore. I watch The X Factor on a Saturday night. I have a big jumper for the winter. I'm addicted to mind-numbing soap operas. I clear my gutter. i have given in and it's not so bad. I am waiting for death.
You need to find a chick. One who's smart, not too much of a pain in the ass, and can listen to your ideas and fuck you. Then giving in feels even nicer!
What's a jumper?

I forgot that Australians do some things British and some American.
Every time I say "sneakers", Phil asked me who I am going to sneak up on?
Then I make a comment about him training in his trainers.
