For some reason I was a lot more confident about my Saints going to St Louis than Seattle.

Qwest field is a tough place to play...not to mention the Saints have never won a playoff game on the road...never.

Well, this Saturday is it!

Lets go Drew!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That rule will have everyone doing an on-side kick..
If you get it,the other team loses their chance to score....
If you don't get it...both teams still get one chance...

NFL Network's Jason La Canfora reports that Jeff Fisher will not be back as Titans coach if Vince Young returns to the roster.

Fisher's contract allows him to play the quarterback he wants, and at this point owner Bud Adams is intent on keeping Young, despite advice from other club officials. "Unless Adams changes his mind, it's over," writes La Canfora. Fisher would surely land on his feet if axed, so he's probably not too worried. The Titans' head coaching job would then become less desirable, with a meddling owner committed to a quarterback lacking leadership skills.

Something tells me they're gonna stick with Fish and dump VY. No worries, send him back home to Texas. He can be Vick 2011 if there's no lockout. thumbs up!

I heard Gary Kubiak is staying too...alot of these coaches will stay one more year because of the uncertainty of the pending lockout...

Huh?...Oakland is thinking of getting rid of Tom Cable?

Huh?...Miami is thinking of getting rid of Sporano?

Bud has summoned Fisher and his cronies to Houston today to "evaluate" the situation. If I'm Bud,the converstion goes like this:

Bud: So, I drafted this VY guy third overall, and had to pay him the equivalent money. His rookie year he was sat on the benchm until I urged ou to play him, then we went 8-8 and he wins rookie of the year. Correct?

Jeff: Well, clearly...

Bud; STFU, ok? Then last season, he's on the bench again and we go 0-6. I told you to play him, and we go 8-8 again, correct?

Jeff: Well, these things...

Bud: Man close your fucking mouth. Then this year we have one te most potent offenses, lighting up the scoreboard. You bench him in the Pittsburgh game and we lose. He brushes it off. We get to 5-2 and become one of the most potent offenses in the league. He gets hurt, and you don't give him a achance to go in there and win the game. He told you to "Fuck off", and the team loses 8 of the last 9 games. Correct?

Jeff: neutral

Bud: In 17 years we only have 5 winning seasons. You haven't developed any elite talent. You haven't developed any original offenseive or defensive schemes. Hell, you haven't even tried to play Moss, the greatest receiver of this generation. And you are offering me an ultamatum? pissed

Jeff: boxed

Bud: Man get the fuck outta here!

And I didn't even add the bullshit lies he has fed to the media about Young, or the gag order placed on players, or the fact that this loser NEVER takes responsibility for losses. It's ALWAYS an excuse with this loser of a coach. Even now he's pandering to the whole "debate" about VY to deflect from his sorry ass overall career as a loser of a coach, the real reason why Bud is on his ass right now. That's why the real fans and the people that actually know the game here have been screaming for this loser to get outta here since he locked McNair out.

Now, as I've said, VY can go too at this point. Trade him somewhere to that joke of a division known as the NFC West. lol Not that I don't likeor respect him, but I think he deserves a fair shake in a different setting.

Already a done deal. Hey, Al Davis lost it a long time ago.

I hear Wade Phillips will be the DC in Houston. Smart move. Wade sucks as a head coach, but he knows defense.

Only if he gets his mind right and receives the tutoring Vick is getting in Philly. You see what real coaching and time in the film room has done for Vick's game?

Vick learned when you're an NFL QB, your day doesn't end when the game is over. With all these sophisticated defenses, you have to put in a lot of time off the field studying and breaking down film. Vick even said he takes the game more seriously. If Vince can get that kind of coaching and grows up(which you feel he has), the sky's the limit.

I don't know if he's grown up, cuz he wasn't given a fair shake in TN IMO, but I don't think he's some kinda flake either. Maybe this adversity will serve him well wherever he goes next and with the right mentor he can fulfill his potential. I'd love Dungee to get his hands on VY.

I hate to say it, because VY is a Houston guy and seemed to be a good dude, but he's a cancer. He's got athleticism, but the gap between him and Michael Vick is miles wide. VY can't pass to save his life, and apparently will not try to learn.

Tennessee, IMO, has NO options at quarterback that are acceptable. Bud Adams is an idiot, but we in Houston have known that for a long, long time.
