STAR WARS marathon on Spike tv.

Apparently it's a Star Wars marathon this weekend and I've been wanting to see I, II, & III.

I wentbto the official Saga day in Leicester square in 2005....fantastic day, all 6 films back to back... They showed the 'first' 5 film then it was outside to watch the Philharmonic Orchestra play the music with Christopher Lee, Anthony Daniels etc speaking, watch everybody arrive on the red carpet and then we all en hack into the cinema to see Episode 3 at the same time as the official premier....then in wandered George Lucas, Ian McDiarmid, Hayden Christensen, Rick McCallum.

Fantastic if exhausting day...drove 200 miles back home absolutely shattered and so brainwashed that I could still her the music in my head. also meant I'd seen the film before it's release. Tickets were going for £500 on eBay (the guy next to me payed £300)

I've dropped in but I own all six so I'm not staying past a commercial.

I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think.

I think I'm all caught up on now, although I didn't see it all in order.

It was a good thing I saw the first 3 originals a couple of months ago, then StarWarsI a month ago, then all I needed to see was II and III.

I only had the first 3 originals on dvd, but not the prequels.

You can rip them as H.264 and all six movies fit as files on one DVD. That way you can press play and all six of them will play in order from I-VI.... not that I did that or anything.
