Greenway etiquette..Random rants welcomed

So... Im longboarding throught the greenway this morning and a few yards ahead of me is a guy (probably in his late 50's) with 2 big ass dogs standing a little to the side of the paved pathway. Neither the man nor the dogs are on the pathway at this point. I skate toward them and the dogs start going apeshit and wander onto the path in front of me, causing me to slow down, and ultimately, jump off the board to avoid a collision with dogs. The owner does nothing to move them out of the way, and just stares at them while they bring the mother fucking ruckus. Then, the dude walking the dogs has the nerve to say " i guess they just dont like skateboards". To which I replied "<img src=" />Thats not my problem. You need to control your animals".

What I Started to say was:

"<img src=" />No Motherfucker, I guess you just need to keep your fucking shaggy ass dogs under your control at all times! Dumbass" <img src=" />. Respect for my elders prevented me from doing so. Damn hometraining.

Had I been bitten we would've had some problems. I skate the greenway with my son, and he's been taught that you stay in your lane, pass on the left, etc etc. If I can teach my son to be respectful of other humans, I at least expect a dog owner to teach their animals where they fall in the chain of command as well. I love animals, own a dog, yadda yadda. As a vegetarian, I dont even eat them. But if your dog isn't trained or disciplined, keepit on a tight leash or keep that bitch/them bitches at home.

Rant over. Thank you for listening.

This is what you want...This is what you get.

They don't allow skateboards on the bike/recreational paths here. shrug

We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.

They're allowed here. Longboarding is actually a viable form of transportation.
