What?! Girl, you're too young for that mess! What chu been eatin? I made it through a year with minimal income. I have a job I like now, even though I don't make a grip of money. My physical and mental healing continues to improve everyday (can I say hallelujah to no periods!!!). I don't even feel as angry and depressed as I was. Met some great orgers!! and who supports my dreams and goals. Thankful for new artistic opportunities. I'm thankful for health. For a beautiful new home. And for all you guys.My job as a baby sitter to a rebellious toddler and a baby with pancreatic fibrosis.
I'm having a pretty bad time with a lot of bad luck. And a harsh divorce with an an alcoholic druggie Who's very succesfull at work and very handsome and comes across as very social and nice, so a lot of people don't understand why I rather be single and poor. Luckily my real friends are very happy for me. And therefore i'm in the middle of a painfull and informative and strenghtening phase, I guess.
And I can't pay all my bills with this job, however I don't want to give up this job yet; the baby is just the light of my life. His family apriciates my work so much, that just fills my heart. And therefore I continue this job.
Despite all his medical problems we just have fun the whole day. I thaught him so many words and he really enjoys being able to communicate with those words. We have so much fun together when I'm walking with him in the park or going to a museum.
He really likes van Gogh, and points his little finger at his paintings and gives his pure opinion on art; like "sun" or "tree" and he's so enthousiastic about it. And just very happy with himself because he know these words now. Love it.
And I just crack up between all the other "serious evaluating the art" visitors, seeing his proud face because he knows that is the sun
And he is very limited due to his disease, however he is so good humoured and that makes me forget about everything and just enjoy the sheer love I feel for this little fellow.
His brother had behavioural problems and he's really straightend out now (I'm a psychologist actually) and when I enter the house, he comes up to me to tell me about a bird he saw yesterday and is so impressed by that bird, I feel so much love for his unspoiled nature and how he has improved and that just makes me so happy.
Pretty cheesy story. True though.
