and he sure did not deny it. I know I would have. I would have been breif as I said "I did no such thing"

(when a guy that took my place when I was moved was caught looking at porn, I was questioned like I had been involved. And the police were involved so I am not sure what was going on but it had to be more than just porn). But basically I was accused and I said pretty much that. After that they had the nerve to ask me for a statement. I refused and left. They chased after me and apologized for accusing me. They said "the computer is in your name..." Then I said "yeah until Aug when I was reassigned and then for the last 3 weeks I was on medical leave until this Tuesday." Nothing else was ever said about it.

This is someone else's video, a bystander, after the fact. It's not part of the victim's proof to a court or anything!

I'm so glad I work at a company where you never get someone else's computer immediately. As soon as someone leaves here, IS disconnects their computer. I mean, physically takes it away. It's usually gone within 1 work day.

This talk of evidence and a jury...There's no court case! Is there? There was clamour on here that this video didnt prove anything. First of all the video is not presented by the lady as proof, and second there is no issue here of needing to provide proof, since this is youtube and prince.org not a court! If you don't believe her and the reactions of all the other bystanders, including the guy that keeps taking a peek, then they must all be under a mass delusion right?
