1.Feel free to insult anybody just because they make a question or are not sure about the veracity of a video. You still haven't answered me, nonetheless... Is public nudity ilegal? Forgive me if I don't know the law, considering that currently I don't live in the USA...
2.Why do I make that question anyway? because but this video is a MESS, sorry. You actually don't see a penis at all, you actually don't have a proof that he flashed his penis or if he even rubbed it against her. Proof? please, proof? If he actually rubbed his penis against her, all right, then that's assault (we don't have the proof), if he "only" flashed his penis, then that's nudity, which could be legal or ilegal, I don't know, that's why I'm askin' it...
I just want evidence, that's all. If that makes me a dumbass, then I'm a proud dumbass...
