if someone tells you something in confidence. can you keep secrets or do you blurt it out to the next person you see?

as a kid i couldnt keep a secret for shit.. i would tell the first person i saw the thing the last person told me.. birthday presents, my mom talking shit about something my grandma said that pissed her off to my dad ect.. believe me i got in BIG trouble alot ... lol ( put my mom in deep shit a couple times with my gram) she probably loathed me as a child..

as an adult i guess ive mellowed out and find it very rewarding to be trusted and will keep a secret or something someone has said in confidence to me to the grave...

i find having peoples trust is quite the rewarding thing..

however i do know working in a salon full of gossipers people my age still are blabber mouths...

so what will it be... do you blab? or do you hold secrets close to your heart?

I've learned to keep secrets and guard them well.

But you can't keep a secret for someone who blabs it to more than a few people. Those people need attention and almost always get caught in their own gossip.

I have always been great at keeping secrets.

I'm famous for not even letting the left hand know what the right hand is doing. I'm an extremely private individual who treats the information others share with me in the same manner as I would my own personal business.

I'm good at keeping secrets if they're big, important secrets.

But if someone was to say something like 'Hey Lisa, I just farted and shit myself. Don't tell anyone', I would probably blab.

Of course, there are some things that get shared with my closest friends. The ones I trust. But if you've asked me not to share something, I won't.

I never eva eva eva tell secrets. I keep them to myself... And I'm a confident for many people around me. They better not piss me off anyway cause I've got so many 'X-Files' !!

If someone tells me a secret and says "you can tell no one!" then I tell NO ONE! If you tell me something and you don't give me the "don't tell anyone" warning then I use my discretion. So if you tell me an embarrassing story about how your boyfriend accidentally jizzed in your eye, I"m gonna tell that shit to people. If you tell me about personal abuse or something like that, I don't tell anyone. You don't even have to say "don't tell".

if you let me have my wicked way with you, i'll definitely tell everyone, and i'll obviously say i lasted longer than i actually did.

I'm a walking vault of secrets. And apparently that covers things that people don't even care about. I often have friends say, "you didn't tell them/him/her?" etc during group conversations. I've just never had any interest in passing on other peoples personal business. If I'm actually told it's a secret I'll take it to my grave.
