How about the back yard of the new house, is it south? I noticed in the picture taken from the kitchen window, the back yard is shaded, but that might be because of the time of day?

Not sure which way it faces but the shading was time of day. Any time we've been there there's been sun back there.

Well, in my defense (as flimsy as it may be), I've shipped literally THOUSANDS of packages around the globe that contained some form of bubble wrap in my life, but I've NEVER used the colored kind, or even seen it! So I just stood there in the store like, "huh, would you look at that... green, pink and purple bubble wrap". Which left the girl kinda goin', "ummm.... yeah...."

Not too much yardwork. But what there is it's for space that is mostly useable. I don't mind doing work if we can enjoy the space vs. a shady yard where there's much to do but can't grow a lot of things. I CAN'T WAIT to grow veggies!!!
