The house we're in now? We've enjoyed it.

If the back yard were not as shady (you don't even know the amount of leaves we're dealin with ) and more usable and we didn't have Mike (that makes it sound like we adopted him ) we would've considered it, but it's time for something larger to accomodate the situation.

Just have some touch ups and finishing touches. I wanted it done before I completely run out of time. Once the move gets going I'm probably not gonna paint anything but walls for a few weeks.

Started a commission piece yesterday that I hope to have done by mid-week.

On the 3rd we fly out to Tampa, come back in time for the closing and then it's moooooooooving time.

Yes, your present one-story house. I just loved the layout and the exposed ceiling, sun room and den. The back yard was nice, but I could see you got no sun in summer because of all the trees. Lola gave me a tour and we had a nice chat in the garden.

"Boogers Woods?" That's my nickname for places where I get lost! I remember I got directions to your house off Mapquest. I was fine until I got off the beltway, then erything turned to shit. Mapquest had me going 10 miles out of my way. Fortunately I arrived at "Chez Homo" (I just love that moniker!) in time to get escorted to the door by yours truly!

So true! It was like it dumped me "in the vicinity" and then decided, "Well, sucker. I got you this far, now figure the rest out on your own asshole!" By that time it was dark as shit outside, and with my age-challenged eyes and driving in unfamiliar territory, I was all fucked up.

We recently had a storm and discovered this bit of fun while doing some work out back this weekend.

I didn't see your sentence about the "discovery." And I thought the back of that house looked familiar!

How about the back yard of the new house, is it south? I noticed in the picture taken from the kitchen window, the back yard is shaded, but that might be because of the time of day?
