Just started watching the new V, and its not following the same storyline exactly as the 80's version which i was a big fan of. I am only like 2 episodes in, but it looks pretty good

It's okay. I enjoyed it while it was on; now that it's on hiatus, I don't miss it. With the incredibly long lag time between seasons 1 and 2, as well as the fact that ABC cut back on the number of episodes it ordered, I imagine the show won't last long.
