a bit late now!!!

I got up at about 10am, had some lunch, went back to bed and got up about 3ish.

It's been raining here for 36 hours straight, there is something about that kind of weather makes me so sleepy!

Didn't do ANYTHING with my day. All my guys are asleep now, so I can think straight.

Well, as soon as I finish Orging, I have some essays to grade.

Then I'm going to run some errands...

I'm going to Atlantic City later on today to see "Experience Hendrix" at Caesar's.

1. Vaccum the area rugs until the lines show.

2. Try to figure out what the heck to do for dinner, I need a recipe for ground beef that's not chili or spaghetti with meat sauce

3. Enjoy some Japanese tea made of green leave and brown rice that I had locked away for ages. Hell, it's cold outside so I might as well take it out and drink it! Life is too short to hoard

4. Do some meal planning for next week, my birthday that's coming up, and Thanksgiving.

5. Catch up with folks at home in the States by email

6. Seriously consider what legal letters I need to get off the to-do list for banks, accountants, attorneys, etc for my work stuff. . So not in the mood.

7. Wait for somebody to put up a silly link here that will make me laugh. The thread on Black Mamas had me rolling yesterday because it's like someone was spying on my life; I'll be sending that to all my friends so they can get a chuckle, too

how about meat loaf, auntie ottie? I made one the other day with onion, grated carrot and apple, with seeded mustard in it

I didn't have breadcrumbs, so I used all the "dust" from the kids cornflakes and wheat biscuit packets

I was invited to a street hockey game by the Jehovah's Witnesses who occasionally come over to chat. They're really discerning about those with whom they mix socially, so I'm terribly flattered. I'm feeling a bit shy, though -- not to mention rusty in my hockey skills -- so I may either accompany my wife to my daughter's gymnastics class or stay at home to do some laundry, painting, cleaning, etc. Today seems like a good day to make a nice, cozy fire, too.

Got a little work to do (which I should be tackling right now instead of orging) and then in the afternoon I'm heading out to New Jersey for a party. It's a beautiful, sunny fall day, so I'm happy.

B lazy all day long!

I fell asleep a bit after 8 PM Friday night and slept until just after midnight. I was up from then until now. Just got done helping a friend move starting at 6 AM. I'm exhausted.

I am going to the pet store to get my Kingsnake some food and then going to my mothers house for lunch. I will be attending my 14 year-old nephews football game this evening. It is the championship game, so my nephew is pretty pumped up for it. I talked to my brother lastnight and he said that Jacob is getting a mohawk for it. Jacob plays runningback and middle linebacker and is pretty much the reason the team is in the championship. I know, I just sound like a proud uncle but he made the touchdown that turned last weeks game around and made two game saving tackles the week before. I sure hope they win today so they make it to the Superbowl.

oh yeah, been playing since about '84. I only pick it up now about once every few weeks.

i cleaned out bins in our garage, and did house cleaning & cooking. i actually enjoyed it.

Well its over now...me and my guy went to have my car looked at, paid some bills, cleaned my house together, laundry and cooked. now we're just chillin. I'm actually quite sleepy now.

its my birthday. my friend took me to a casino! i left 13 bux up. usually i'm 30 down!!

Just ordered a pizza, let the excitement begin!
