I keep my hair clippered with a #2 guard - usually once a week. It always looks exactly the same. I don't even remember what bed head looks like. I've experienced it, but not for a very long time. I know I'd love pointing and laughing at yours, though.

I don't notice it so much when it's longer (except my bangs getting in my eyes)

but when it's short, the period of time when it's a good cut is wayyyy too short, compared to the amount of time it's just a grown out old good cut

Yes ~ curls seem to take much longer to show length

I have straight white guy hair, so 1/8" is basically bald and it makes me look a bit too thuggish (I think). Sometimes in the summer I'll go without a guard for one cut, just for the coolness (temperature) factor. But for the most part 1/4" is what looks business professional on me, so that's what I stick with.

I'm not having a good hair day today...mainly because I didn't get up and style at all today , so I'll just post this pic again.
