Lil Wayne was served with a paternity suit by a Missouri woman while in jail.

The papers were filed by a woman who claims that Wayne is the father of her daughter's eight-year-old child.

Wayne has been given an extension from the original September 10 DNA test deadline (during which he was in jail) and is required to submit his DNA bloodwork by December 9.

The name of the child's mother, or of the woman who filed the papers, has not been publicly released, nor has any reason been given why the child's grandmother is filing the paperwork.

Lil Wayne, who already has four known children, was released from jail on November 4. He served eight months of a one-year sentence after pleading guilty to weapons charges and was released early on good behavior.
