The Bears are frauds. They will win just enough games 2 justify bring Lovie Smith's lame ass back 4 yet another losing season.

His mistakes aren't rookie coaching mistakes tho, he's BEEN the OC for 3 years and all the coaching erros were on offense it seems. Granted the D ain't shit, has ZERO pass rushing and Brees was lounging in the pocket all day.
I've been hearing sabbotage since he took over and I'm inclined to say yes because the biggest change is his SUDDEN desire to run the ball. He didn't do that at ALL in the first 8 games now all of a sudden you switching out all three backs regulary and trynna pound the ball when he shoulda been doing that all along. No one can convince me this sudden change on the team is all because he's demanding the team be on time for meetings and wear suits on game day. Sumthin's rotten in Dallas. Sho nuf.

Shawne Merriman is already out for the season after injuring his achilles tendon just 15 minutes into his FIRST practice with the Bills. Can he just retire now that it's clear he ain't shit without the juice?

Further proof that athletes and Thanksgiving don't mix
NEW ORLEANS (AP)—New Orleans Saints defensive end Will Smith(notes) was arrested Saturday in Louisiana after he was accused of grabbing his wife’s hair and pulling her down the street. Police in Lafayette, which is about 50 miles west of Baton Rouge, said Smith and his wife had gotten into an argument just after 2 a.m. while leaving a nightclub. Police Cpl. Paul Mouton said in a press release that officers on patrol saw the argument escalate, and then saw Smith grab the woman’s hair. Greg Bensil, the director of media relations for the Saints, said in an e-mail that the team was aware of the charges and had spoken with Smith. He said the team’s security staff is looking into the matter but declined further comment. Mouton says the woman’s injuries were minor. Smith has been charged with domestic abuse and simple battery. Smith was released on $1,000 bond Saturday, according to the Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Department. Smith, the Saints’ first-round draft pick in 2004, was a Pro Bowl selection in 2006.

Merriman luck continues to get worse. I hope the Steelers don't fall asleep against the Bills tomorrow. Buffalo is playing good football despite their record. Don't laugh at my funk

While I'd agree that Tampa Bay has to beat someone of consequence to be taken seriously in the playoff discussions, this is a team that won all of three games last season and is starting 9 players that are rookies or 2nd year guys. THAT is the very definition of "something of note".
But the reality is attention isn't truly based on what you've accomplished on the field. Thus the reason why the talking heads are still talking about the shitty-ass Dallas Cowboys despite their awful record and being one of the biggest underachievers ever to take the field.

Not sure I can agree with that. If you ask me, the monumentally bad play of Dallas this season is quite an accomplishment. "Whitney was purely and simply one of a kind." ~ Clive Davis

Way to go, Jeff Fisher! Brilliant job of coaching as usual, yessiry. I'm sick and tired of the Prince fans being sick and tired of the Prince fans that are sick and tired!

I wish Finnegan got his azz beat some more. Dude plays dirty all the time. "Old man's gotta be the old man. Fish has got to be the fish."

Whew! That was a tough win for the Giants. I don't know what Coughlin said to those fools at halftime, but it worked. Great job by the defense to preserve the win.
Andre Johnson put the shit on Finnegan's ass, didn't he?

Whew! Steelers escape fucking Buffalo 19-16 OT Way to go Sean Suisham. Screw Jeff Reed. He would have blown this game for the steelers.
@ Cortland Finnegan getting his ass beat by Andre Johnson. Maybe his dumb ass will think twice about fucking with the wrong one. It was only a matter of time. [Edited 11/28/10 13:49pm] Don't laugh at my funk

Was it all Fisher's fault? Really? The offensive line obviously played a part. Your ace back Chris Johnson only had 5 rushing yds on 7 carries. The whole Fisher-Vince Young saga hasn't helped but you certainly can't place all the blame on Fisher. Cortland Finnegan being his usual asshole self doesn't help either. Yes it is. You can't have it both ways, kid. You can't be a shady wanna be shot-calling coach and take credit for wins and NEVER take responsibility for losses. Fisher runs the camp, the way he insisted. It's HIS responsibilty to get in the other coaches butts if they don't know what the hell they're doing with the crappy play calling. It's HIS responsibilty to make sure his players are disciplined and prepared. It's HIS responsibility to make the necessary changes and adjustments to turn the team around and get off the 4 game losing streak.

The bears were very smart to take advantage of Samuel's absence ...I haven't so many passes thrown to the right side....good coaching by the bears

I just saw the Finnegan fight...dude got what was coming to him.

The Bears did the Giants a big favor today. We still have it tough - 'Skins, @Vikings, Eagles, @Packers, @'Skins.

I'm shocked the Bears played so well today. Not just the defense being able to contain Michael Vick, but Jay Cutler actually playing well and not throwing any interceptions. The Bears offense actually looked good for most of the game. Now I hope they don't take a breather, or Detroit will sneak up and bite them in the ass.

Mainly the offensive line. These guys kill steeler drives with holding penalties and false starts. A lot of drives today that started 1st and 10 ended up 1st and 20 and you know in that situation it gives our genius OC Bruce Arians an excuse to dial up pass plays 25 yds down field. Rashard Mendenhall gained 152 yds despite the inconsistency of the offensive line. Don't laugh at my funk
