Because here I am cooking a lovely roast dinner and drinking some really, really nice wine, the kids are playing games and laughing and my husband is playing a song on the piano that he used to make up rude words to.

Yeah, I have probably 80+ pages of textbook reading to do and a paper that needs writing. Yet here I sit, doing nothing. Of course, I did just wake up a little while ago. So in that regard, Sundays are indeed nice.

My Sundays are always super busy!

Chico & Cinnie - I always make enough dinner to feed a small army and I have a spare room with a kingsize bed!

Adjusting to the time change, clouds, rain, darkness, football, nascar, basketball, cats, sleep, catching up on reading comics books from the last few weeks, eating leftovers for dinner so I don't have to interrupt any of that other stuff. Definitely been a relaxing day.

Went to church earlier, came home, removed a pumpkin from my balcony that some rogue baby squirrels had eaten, picked up my ailing laptop from the Apple Store, ate a GREAT steak dinner and now I'm chillin' in the bathtub (laptop at a safe distance, of course). I may take my bike out for a quick ride just after dusk.

It's been a really nice day though. The weather is perfect and I did get quite a bit done. I even managed to sneak in a nappy-poo as well.

I met friends for breakfast then went to a HUGE vintage clothing sale today. It was out of this world!

Half the time I'm here, I'm in the bathtub. (Heck, half the time I'm awake, I'm in the bathtub.)

Gotta be careful and reasonable, but it can be done without risk of bodily -- or computerly -- harm.

Me too! Those are the best days.

I had a Christening to go to in the morning and then a dinner afterwards. Me and the two kiddo's.

Then I hauled them to the grocery store. Came home, made pork and sauerkraut and mashies, while they played, and bf watched the dumb football game.

I spent the day with a wonderful friend ~ we cooked / laughed/ ate and watched movies ... and LAUGHED a lot !!
