My man...

if you think women are hard on men, then you don't realize how hard they are on other women.

Still it's nice to know, when our bodies wear out, we can get another

Yes, but they're ALLOWED to be that way. It's almost expected. Let a man say the EXACT SAME THINGS and see what happens.

I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Where is it okay for women to be sexist towards men? If it's such a phenomenon, why is this thread the first I am hearing about how widespread it is?

and no, rockdapuss, women do not deserve to make less because they do not pay for dinner. No one is putting a gun to your heads and forcing you guys to do so. Plus, I've paid for many a dinner myself.

Men rule the world and this is what they are bitchin' about? WEAK.

I find it ironic that the women responses in this thread eerily reflect the same attitude and responses men had during the woman movement of the 60's and 70's. (Mainly dismissive and defensive)

I don't care if women are sexist as long as they keep that shit in the kitchen.

It's not okay for anyone to be sexist. And I personally am dismissive of it because I don't ever witness it myself which makes no sense considering it is supposedly so widespread.

Your analogy has no logic.

Anyway, I see no examples of women being sexist in this thread. Perhaps those women hitting on you have an issue specific to them and it's not a "woman" thing.

I do see examples on the org day in and day out of men being sexist towards women but no men here speaking out against that SO you'll have to excuse me if I really just don't give a damn. shrug

I'm not gonna get upset with you. But I've never failed to be logical in an argument.

In more than one post of this thread, you've suggested that sexist women don't exist because you haven't personally seen or heard it.

The logic in that is flawed, because many things happen on earth, whether or not you witness them.

Do you at least agree that some things happen outside your purview or are you omniscient?

In which case, what color draws am I wearing?

No that is not what I said. I said that I have never seen it. I did not say it does not exist.

So things you don't witness are not "widespread." I stand corrected.

Have fun twisting my words.

You're being argumentative for argument's sake. Good luck with that. wave

Just the fact that there had to be a "woman's movement" is a problem, let alone the fact that was only 50 years ago....

disbelief
shit this country let Blacks vote before women, now what does that say?
As a Black woman I'm not even barely a blip on society's scale yet. So if I gotta be angry to be seen, then brang it on!

Sweetcheeks? lol

Funny thing is, while sexism does cut both ways, there is admittedly something about men that makes it often not so bad -- even desirable -- to be objectified this way. Unless a guy thought you were implying he was gay, most dudes I know might actually like being called something like this. smile Heck, call him a "stud" and you could have a side of fries. too.

This is probably the best thread for this picture.

(Disclaimer: That said, I don't think women are bitches. Not all. Some definitely are. I don't think I've come across any bitches on this site.)

oh, err.... http://www.mtv.com/shows/...ries.jhtml

It's a kinda tragi-situation comedy, that certain types of girls like to watch and pretend to themselves that it's real. And the female protagonists are all dumb.
