not me, I can understand my girl wanting to have sex with an attractive stranger (not that I want that to happen), but she is not supposed to cause me physical injury.
am I the only woman who wouldn't even consider sex with a stranger no matter HOW attractive? I've always been like that. Me picturing myself engaged in relations with a person I don't know would never even cross my mind NEVER!
Is this a general female thing, or is it just me?
Now, change that to acquaintance or friend, and different story if that person has a personality I like as well, I might very well fantasize
me too never done it. never will. first of all, too scary. too many predators and crazy people. another thing, too many STDs.
but mostly, looks alone aren't a turn on for me. i'm drawn to, and turned on by, men who have personality as well as a body. i'd want to get to know the personality part, first |

I'm not talking actually DOING it, I mean, like sitting at a cafe, and the waiter is really hot for example, and you watch his butt as he bends over or whatever. Does having sex with him cross your mind? I mean the IMAGE coming into your brain, daydream, fantasy whatever, NOT taking it to the next level. The guy remains none the wiser. |

For me it does every single time I see a cute girl. Whether I actually would be with a stranger is another question, but the instinct is "yes" without even exchanging names. |

or some variation of it. I am pretty confident that I am not alone in such thinking
I'm not proud of it, but I also have no control over it. I only have control over how I act on those impulses. |

its biological. our species is just that way. also, other species. the male is supposed to spread seeds, the female to grow them. |

of course you aren't alone, I'm thinking it's just a guy thing, and probably that men assume women do it too, which would explain some of the assumptions men make of women. |

so we just go about our business, and when a man lusts after us and let us know, only THEN is our lust awakened and reciprocated? Or is the female changing? Would a more aggressive female who approaches a manstranger first be imagining sex with that person?

no, I think some women do, and that most women might occasionally see a guy so hot they think about it.
But mostly I assume women find strange men gross & threatening |

perhaps women don't even know they are thinking about sex when they look at a nice looking guy.
Their brains are smaller, you know! |

Maybe men are inherently gross.
have you ever seen a woman so hot that you thought about sex? |

not really. I felt one up after exchanging a few pleasantries on the dance floor and then thought some stuff. But not just after looking at one, no never. |

well, it would be case by case right? also, depending on how much booze is involved.
mind you, i'm not saying it's shameful for a woman to own her own sexuality to the point she's comfortable asking a man she finds attractive to bang her.
but, i think the different rates of arousal, the libido, are a dead giveaway. men - instant arousal. just the sight of a hot gal and poof! erection. (generalization)
women - a bit slower to reach the come point, perhaps something to do with the awareness of hey - i might have to live the next nine months with this guy's child growing in me. (generalization) |

given enough alcohol, I'm sure it happens often to many women who barely gave it thought first, you kind of just go with the flow.
My question is though, do you look at someone you don't know, and imagine sex with them? |

that's pretty close. But I do think men's sexuality is right up on the surface, and women's is a bit deeper. Takes a minute to get to it, but then it's very intense.
Men are machine guns, women are shotguns
**generally speaking** |

so because our arousal is awakened less visually, this is more unlikely?
I can look at a picture of people having sex and be aroused in an instant. Photos of men on their own, even with their clothes off and erect, and nothing. It's still visual, but the stimulus perhaps needs to be more graphic or explicit?
A man looks at an attractive woman, and that's all they need.

hmmm. i don't know about likelihood. i'm not even sure we can categorize this straight up. but maybe different arousal rates in the face of differnet stimuli have to do with biological, um, cycles. |
