I too liked the final act with the dance of the black swan. Great visuals!

no kidding! I was totally mesmerized.

I also loved the dreamy cinematography at the first half of the film with everything being set in lighter shades of pink & grey, it truly captured all my senses right away.

the whole thing just passed by without me noticing it, and this rarely ever happens to me with movies.

Hmm. Now I have to watch it again, paying attention to what you just said here. A Single Man was filmed like that with subtle variations in color depending on Colin Firth's character's mood. I thought that was excellent.

a bit boring the the menfolk in the family rolleyes since no magic, supernatural or anything out of the ordinary, but I loved it love I'm in love with the drawings, the scenery etc.

4 outta 5.

It was awesome.

Just watched it this morning and this movie was a little trippy. I could only imagine what rating it got from people who was on drugs while watching it. lol

DEVIL

Just saw this movie this weekend. Very suspenseful, very scary. Didn't realize it was produced by M. Night Shyamalan until after I watched it. Not surprised though, because like "The Sixth Sense", I found it even more interesting when I watched it a second time and saw how all the clues were there from the beginning. Very cleverly written movie. I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars for a movie of it's genre.

This kept me entertained....it didn't really turn me on ' movie wise' though. I think I'm desensitized to the horror movies now, I'm not really wow'ed anymore. lol
