I would want to ask such a question because I felt like it and any kind of person might answer it.

I work on the logic that I can only be offended if I allow myself to be. Seriously, no-one has ever been able to offend me by something that they've said.
I do, however, get offended by some people's actions.

Various fat names, I don't remember most of them...they made it a point to make my life hell. It was 2 or 3 of the same boys throughout high school. The irony is I was never more than 20lbs overweight, and they made me feel ugly and obese. Many tears fell over those years.

Nigger, Dumb nigger. Stupid nigger...and all possible variations...

As far as "offensive" and "horrible" things people have done to me, I'm not really into detailing past wounds...that's just me...I feel happier and healthier moving past them than drudging them up to relive, not to mention that it was sooo long ago (talkin' years, even decades..lol)...so I'll just say that nobody at anytime in my life has ever done anything to me even slightly offensive or horrible in any way, shape or form at anytime...lol biggrin

Thanks, Heavenly and SexLovely.

I think the worst thing was a few summers ago I was walking down the street in Greektown with my date and a woman approched us and asked if he would like to buy a flower for 'his lady'.
Two really greasy club-type guys walked by and said 'not for THAT lady'...I was very upset. sad

I was approached on the street and was given a business card from a man claiming to make movies and would love for me to be a part of it.
When i got back to my office and looked up the website, it was for Porn!!! I am assuming he thought i was or could be a porn actress which was a little insulting in my opinion.

Also this wasn't me, but my sister told me that this guy and girl that she knew never got along and the guy called this girl a used rubber.. which had to be one the most foul things i had ever heard and the most insulting!!

As a gay man who was constantly called any and every name imaginable from the first grade to graduation, I learned not to care what people said. I cared more about what they did, not what they said.

That's happened to me twice. Once on the streets of Santa Cruz for porn, another on the streets of San Francisco for nude modeling.

In high school I was sitting in my English class and somebody raised their hand and made a comment referring to the Japanese as "those damn Japs".

I, of course, was the only Japanese in the classroom, and the teacher didn't even make a move to reprimand them.
