LeBron James' "Rise" Commercial and Cleveland's Response

Wah, wah, wah, cry me a mother-fucking river. Cleveland need to get over it. LeBron didn't handle this well, but someone should remind those fools we have the right to work wherever we want in America.

Can't tell you nothing bout that team. Is there even any film on them. lol

Cool. I see they pistol whipped the Celts in the East finals that year. lol

Why the fuck did the Sixers trade Wilt especially with having to compete with

Boston every year and killing their chances of winning titles?

Oh yeah break out the champagne this year's addition of the 76ers finally win

a game. sad

I totally agree with you, but I also think it's time for James to get over it and stop playing the victim. Just shut up and play ball hard for a couple months and people will start to get off his case about it. Right now it seems like HE won't let it go. Regardless, it's ALWAYS going to be part of his legacy. People will be asking about this crap at his HOF induction ceremony.

The 5-0 NO Hornets just beat the Heat and looked like a real team doing it. They could be more of a factor in the Western Conference playoffs than I was expecting.

Western Conference

Lakers 6-0

Hornets 5-0

Warriors 4-1

Portland 4-2

That just gives me a giant happy place smile. It won't last - I realize that. But for now, as a LOOOOONG time suffering Warriors fan, it's pretty dang awesome.

Yiu are correct sir.

And just when I'm starting to feel good about the Knicks, Isiah Thomas rears his ugly head again. Total scumbag. Poor Donnie Walsh. nd fuck you Jim Dolan, for not putting a stop to Isiah's nonsense.

^^ I'm with ya. I'm only a casual Knicks fan and I was still like, "whaaaa?!" when they reported that mess on ESPN. I hope they never bring him back. Nothing personal against Isiah, either (although I've never been a huge fan). Sometimes you've just got to move on WITHOUT looking back. I mean, look how well bringing Nelly back worked my Warriors.... umm... it didn't. lol

Dallas beat the Celtics and the Warriors won a road game! Awesome! headbang

Isiah will be back, because Brain-Dead Dolan has a love jones for him. The fact that Donnie Walsh spent two years cleaning up Zeke's mess is lost on this clueless owner.

^^ Like I said, I hope they don't. Seems like a no-brainer to keep him away. But you're probably right about Dolan.

Man, I HATE the NBA League Pass music. I hated it last season, and the season before that, too. Thought for sure they'd change it to something different this season, but NOOOOOO. Super craptastically annoying.

Of course not. I don't even think they'll win 65, but the real season starts in April.

I never thought it was possible. Don't think anybody is likely to get there ever again. However, if you extrapolate 5-3 out over an entire season that would put them somewhere between 50-32 and 52-30. If they can pull that off That EASILY puts them in the playoffs in the Eastern Conference.

I think 50+ wins is a disappointment. They should win at least 62.

It may be for some people, but not for me. I said a long time ago that I don't think they'll figure it out this season. They'll be good, but won't win a title until at least next season when Riley can get some size in the middle for them to play off of. 50-52 wins still gets them in the playoffs and gives them a chance this season.

Also, if Bosh doesn't figure out why he's there, he may not be next season. lol

I think a lot people underestimated how good quite a few other teams are this year as well. They just expected Miami to roll to the best record in the league without much effort. Not gonna happen. All these guys get paid and all of them want to crush the Heat.

The Utah at Orlando game tonight should be a good one, though. If Orlando gets a lead we may see the same thing happen again. Utah doesn't quit and Orlando (in the past) has let leads slip away. Big chance for Utah to prove something tonight on national television.

Edit: Stoopud half typed thoughts...

I think they are good for 56. The ultimate goal is the title.

Yao Ming is hurt again. Not his foot, and it doesn't sound terribly serious. But enough that he left the game and his return is "questionable". Dudes skills just create too much stress on his big ass body. I've ALWAYS like the guy as a player, but my gut tells me the comeback just isn't going to happen for the guy.

Look at Cerebus predicting the future. The Magic gave up a big lead, the Jazz came back and won the game.

Dang. The Warriors are 6-2 with two road wins in a row and a REAL chance to win 3 of our next 4 games, at least! See what even THINKING about defense will do for a team! lol (OK, admittedly having David Lee and fewer players injured helps too - wait until we get Amundson back!) I might even have to look into buying a ticket mini-plan.

I look forward to the day when Mike D'Anfoni is no longer coaching the Knicks. I've been saying it for years - this dude is a fraud of a coach with his 'sissyball' style. You live by the 3-point shot, you die by it. D'Antoni draws up a 3-point play for Amar'e? What a joke.

I'm actaully glad the Bulls did not hire this guy.

The Knicks have even been boring to watch this year. At least those Pheonix teams were exciting and fun to watch. Obviously, different players in NY, but I definitely expected more fun than I've seen thus far. They look tense.
