Do U lie ?

I'm interested to hear your views. Who do you think lies most ?

Girls or Boys ?

Rich or Poor ?

Materialistic or religious minds ?

As equality grows, violence declines.

are you counting little white lies? Like "oh! your hair looks good today!"

then I vote for girls

but if you count like "have you put your shoes away?" "yes"

then boys.

or "what's wrong?" "nothing!" then women

or "what were you doing last night?" "Had to work late"

then men.

lol

Have I? Yes. Do I? I try not to as much as possible. My antisocial behavior certainly makes me guilty of the occasional, "I was about to run out to the store for the next six hours", when I really have no intention of leaving the house at all. But I'm not one to lie about anything that actually matters, or may affect someones feelings/emotions. I'd rather deal with the truth now than some bullshit that I brought on myself down the road.

I've been told I'm not as honest as I should be, not because I lie, but because I don't care to give out more information than is necessary. I don't do it in a deceitful way. If it's something they have a right to know or are somehow affected by, I will be upfront, but when people start getting into shit that isn't their business, even if it seems miniscule to them, I give a lot of half answers, shrugs, and blank looks. If they'd mind their damn business, I wouldn't have to withhold the whole truth from them to begin with.

I'm bad like that, lying with what I DON'T say

I avoid answering things like "doesn't this look good on me!"

I can't lie when asked point blank, and my mum has learned simply to ask my sister instead boxed she is more generous with the compliments - and IMO, when they fly thick and fast like that, they mean a lot less sigh

You should move to Paris. You'd make great money and never have to talk to anyone.

My non-replies usually come when asked things like "Who was that on the phone?" Actually, in that case it's usually my ex talking, who I'll give the look to and she realizes she's being nosy. So bad example.

When my friends ask about the situation with my ex, my daughter, child support, etc. I'll just go quiet and make minimal eye contact. They usually get the point which is, we can resume normal conversation when you stop prying into my personal shit.

Good, because being American, they probably wouldn't talk to me anyway.

That's what I'm saying. You could be a lieing, American mime. Nobody would ask you questions about anything. And if they did it would be within your chosen profession and personality to totally ignore them. Absolute perfection.

I lie about stupid shit. Shit that doesn't need to be lied about.

Just last week I was in a jam cuz my boss wanted the fridge defrosted, and she wanted it taken outside. So Todd stopped by and took it outside before he went to work.

Then I asked her did she want it outside overnight, she said, No, didn't he bring it back in and so I said yeah, when he didn't.

So then I though.....Fuckkkkk I gotta get this fridge back in here, so I tried to bring it in myself and put huge gouges in her floor. disbelief I'm an idiot.
