Yeah, I can relate. When I was writing my thesis it was the quietest during the other weekdays and it would be the noisiest during the weekends in my neighborhood. I usually had my "weekend" on Wednesdays and Thursdays when I didn't do any work on my paper.

I have work that comes in dribs and drabs, and I do what I want around that. I have 9am to 3.30pm to myself 5 days straight

I think aunt flo is gonna visit me this weekend too and I'm supposed to be hanging out later on today. Most of the time I have sucky weekends too, actually my weeks are pretty dull also. I was supposed to go play basketball tomorrow morning but that got cancelled. I was looking forward to it, since I haven't played any sports in a long time.

Got invited to a go along to a Haunted House...that got cancelled before I even got attached to the idea.

Think I'm gonna just go for a walk and take pictures.

Yeah, my weekends usually suck more than my weekdays. Everything is closed so it's hard to get some things done, and everybody is either in some kind of half-comatose vegetative state in front of the tv after a hard week at work or they're already booked with a family function or scheduled hobby. It's not even that much fun to go for a walk because that's the only thing everybody else seem able to think of doing, so all the good seawalks and parks turn into overcrowded superhighways.

It sucks to work on the weekend, I'll tell you what. And most of the time its slow at my store so its like watching paint dry. Having days off during the week is not as fun.
