I like to play with woodpeckers. I chase them around a tree, and they glance back like saying, "you can't get me," as they continue to move around the tree.

One day, I had the garage door open because I was retouching some scratches in my car with paint. I saw a mockingbird perched on a nearby branch. I was in the mood of mimicking its song. As I start chirping away, this little buddy starts playfully flying inside the garage and around me.

The next day, I went grocery shopping early morning. When I came back home and walked in the direction of my home's front door, a mockingbird perched on the roof flew on my direction. I presume he was the same playful bird of the day before. He remembered me. Sweeet... mushy

I love owls; they're really cool!

i do too! i used to volunteer at the raptor center, mucking out bird rooms. the owl rooms were really cool, we were supposed to save the 'pellets' they regurgitated. they were sold or used for research. cool birds.

They definitely are cool birds. nod

RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.
