I want to see what happens to Tsu'tey after he falls - it's why Jake becomes clan leader?

Why does the Blu-Ray have more stuff?

Blu-ray discs typically come loaded with more features than DVDs, which is the primary reason why I purchased one last Christmas.

So it's three versions of the film? And is the additional Collector's Extended Cut 15 minutes longer than the theatrical rerelease, or the origina?

Never mind... I think I found my answer...

162 min | 171 min (special edition) | 178 min (extended cut)

So it's actually only 7 minutes longer than the rerelease... I think. lol

Also, those deleted scenes can't be completed. They'd be cut into the movie if they were. So I'm expecting a lot of actors on green screens wearing head gear and partially rendered CGI. Whatever, I'll be buying it. lol I made myself wait to get a decent version, not the original movie only release.

Never seen the movie. And I don't think that I want to either as the footage that I've seen looks too much like a cheap computer game.

Yea you hit the nail on the head. Cameron is a good director, but this film is going to be looked back on in years to come and people are going to laugh at how bad the cgi special effects were.
