I hope you feel better soon! My mom's blood pressure recently was elevated (and she's been on blood pressure meds for YEARS). It's lower now, thank goodness. You're in good hands.

Make sure you check in soon again, myfavorite, and even though they're probably not the main or only reason for your current state, try to ease up on those upset emotions and opinions of yours so your body can catch up.

And for God's sake, please tell them about your smoking.

They need to know the truth about all your risk factors for stroke and other complications so they can properly treat you.

they can usually tell just by looking at you if you are a smoker

I prolly check back in in the mornin....bp has dropped to 187/97.........my heart was trippin out for a min...couldnt breathe......sickness is mofo aint it??? ...

nurse asked if i was takin the meds....hell all the time, but sometimes when that shyt is hard to swallow.......then what????????....*nothing....lol
