giggle No, this year's. The pumpkins from last year are undoubtedly no longer good, at this point.

Some people do, and some don't. I guess it's all a matter of personal preference. A decorated pumpkin is all I do as far as decorating for Halloween goes.

I don't put it out until a week before at the most...and anything else that's put out is stolen/eaten by raccoons.

nod Or the kids take them off the porch and smash them in the street (that's what the kids living around here do, anyway).

Fall/Winter and their associated holidays are my time of year. I'll do door, window and inside decorations for the entire month in Oct, Nov & Dec. I'll leave uncarved pumpkins on the porch for a couple weeks (longer when I was growing them - they failed this year sad ). They've been smashed a couple times, but they're usually left alone. Carved pumpkins I only leave out for a couple days, though. They rot quickly and I hate rotten pumpkin slop. lol

I keep saying that all everyday life in Canada is subtly run by skunks and raccoons, especially in Vancouver. Those critters will duke it out with each other over the ultimate supremacy one day.

ReturnOfDOOK and ZombieKitten?

The Compromise Theory:
Based on my analysis, I believe the government faked the plane crash and demolished the WTC North Tower with explosives.
The South Tower, in a simultaneous but unrelated plot was brought down by actual terrorists.
Is it a deal?

I'm gonna get our pumpkins this week, but I won't carve them until closer to Halloween.

This morning I told my youngest that we needed to start bringing up the Halloween decorations up from the basement. She said that it was too early. lol

I'm firmly planted in denial
