Caramel Apples
Just finished making the seasons 1st batch
What is your fave kind ?
I usually use med size, tart granny smiths
This batch I melted dark chocolate in with the caramel ~ some plain and some with salted pumpkin seeds

Know what? I JUST broke down and used the Samhain bar you sent me years ago! I didn't want to not have it.

I have to say, in the interest of full disclosure, that as finicky as I am when I cook stuff, caramel apples are one area where I get totally lazy. I don't make my own caramel or spend a lot of money on super expensive, gourmet caramels - I just use the Kraft kind.
