First off:

1) would you sue your spouse? technically...isn't their money also your money so you're suing yourself?

2) what's the point of suing for money as opposed to...i dunno....having the person incarcerated or just beatin' that ass?

3) Do you think we will see more lawsuits of this type, people suing their spouses for cheating and bringing home disease?

4) Are we at the point in our society where people have to have pre-nups that include STD clauses?

5) If you were this woman...what would you tell your kids?
