I don't mean any kind of harm or racism in it, I'm strictly thinking of the imagery and setting the scene in the mind of the person I'm talking to...just the same way I'd mention descriptions of the location. It just really comes naturally to describe what your eyes done seen sometimes.

I doubt the opening poster meant double penetration, so what could it be? As far as my googling has taken me, I don't think disturbing the peace is referred to as DP, but it was the only realistic thing I could think of.
